AGM Construction Recruitment has an infrastructue at management and Directorship level with decades of recruiting experience across a broad spectrum of sectors including manufacturing/energy /transport , engineering, and construction,civil engineering with knowledge of temps, contractors and permanent placements ,primarily sourced through executive search and proactively headhunting . While we entered the construction market our intention was towards targeting a niche area of professional roles. The company is ineviatably growing with our clientbase and their requirements, but our ethos remains the same, avoiding the scattergun approach and firing out CV's until one sticks, in contrast despite how competitive the market place is, we take the time to understand our clients, what they do and the vacancies that they are looking to fill.,focussed on finding the right individual for the role, and looking beyond what the job spec states.
